About This Work
Beachfront II returns to the site of its predecessor, finding new compositional possibilities in the same stretch of shore. Where the first work anchored itself in the tension between structure and horizon, this second study dissolves that boundary further — architecture recedes, and the atmospheric field of sand, sea spray, and overcast sky advances. The result is a work poised between documentation and invention.
