Economic Breakdown extends the Constructed Atmospheres series into explicitly social territory. The work constructs a scene in which the visible apparatus of commerce and infrastructure appears to dissolve under atmospheric pressure — buildings, signage, and structural order receding into haze and saturated colour. The piece treats economic fragility not as data but as a felt condition of space and light.
